T hank you for your continued support of all our fund raising endeavors in support of our alma mater, Bishops' High School of Guyana. Without you, our efforts to maintain and improve our school would have been much more difficult. For years we of the New York Tri-State chapter, and other alumni association, have donated financial and other types of support in the form of members volunteering their skills and time.

We have not only contributed to cosmetic maintenance of our school, but also the much needed repairs and improvement of our Science departments, such as the Biology lab which was refurbished in 2007.

Our donations also include:

• The annual prize giving
• Funds for furniture for one classroom
• Annual donations to the Headmistress' 'See-fit Fund'
• Scholarship for BHS students pursuing further education
• Shipped barrels of donated books to the school library
• Restoration of the Science labs

• Provide Christmas gifts annually for children in high needs areas, and for chikdren with AIDS;
• provide non perishible food for the food pantry at the CHurch of St. Mark to help people in the community that are in need.
